2. Zero Third-Party Tracking or Telemetry
We do not collect, transmit, rent, or sell any personal identity details, geolocation coordinates, device identifiers, or behavioral analytics to external servers. The application contains zero third-party advertising trackers and executes all physics and audio synthesis locally on your hardware.
3. Data Security & User Control

Users agree not to decompile, redistribute, or misrepresent the bespoke visual illustrations, synthesized audio engine, or stage layouts of Ruby Pagoda.
3. Intellectual Property
